FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the rehabilitation treatment of patients with respiratory diseases, including those suffering COVID-19 associated pneumonia, and can be used in medical organizations providing medical rehabilitation assistance at stages 2 and 3, as well as in sanatorium-resort facilities. At the beginning, the respiratory function is trained on the "Samozdrav" simulator, and then a session of HBO-therapy. Therapeutic course consists of 10 procedures. Breathing is carried out through an additional dead space of 300 ml for 10 minutes with a daily increase of time by 5 minutes until reaching 30 minutes. Further, the dead space volume increases to 600 ml, and the duration of the procedure is reduced to 10 minutes with a further increase of 5 minutes daily and reaches 30 minutes at the end of the therapeutic course. Training is followed by a session of HBO-therapy with a pressure mode of 1.5 at and duration of 40 minutes. Medical oxygen content in the pressure chamber is 100%.
EFFECT: method provides more effective rehabilitation of patients with respiratory diseases.
