SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of computer technology for data protection. The technical result is achieved by additionally setting the coordinate grid of the geographic part of the territory, the parameters of additional communication lines, the maximum number of information directions Ncr for a single element of the communication network the excess of which will be critical for the operation of the control system in the event of failure of this network element. Options for routing between communication network nodes are generated in the necessary information directions. A routing option is chosen in each information direction. The presence of critical network elements for the accepted option of routing of information directions is checked. If there are critical elements, coordinates of possible connection points for additional communication lines are determined, the length of additional communication lines between non-critical network nodes is calculated.

EFFECT: exclusion of elements critical for the functioning of the corporate control system in the communication network due to the inclusion of additional communication lines in the network structure with minimum consumption of linear resources.
