The technical result is achieved by comparing the parameters of an apartment building with certain data of the stage of the life cycle of an apartment building, where, as a result of the comparison, data are generated: a) parameters that determine the number of personnel required to service the area of an apartment building; b) parameters that determine the amount of payroll to personnel required to service the area of an apartment building; c) the rotation rates of personnel required to service the area of an apartment building, where the rotation rates are associated with the positions of the personnel; and d) detailed service factors, calculated on the basis of the ratio of areas for various purposes inside an apartment building and areas of an adjoining plot for various purposes.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the speed and accuracy of calculating the cost of management services and technical operation of an apartment building for an authenticated user.
