FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electrical engineering, in particular to the control of heating and/or cooling systems and clusters of such systems. There are restrictions and target indicators for an electrical distribution network, and these restrictions and target indicators are known to an external modernized controller. At least one device is equipped with an internal controller to regulate the consumption of “hot” or “cold” thermal energy and to receive parameters as input data for the internal controller. The external modernized controller is made with the possibility to process at least one parameter and issue the processed parameter to the internal controller in order to change the operating mode of at least one device ensuring at least partial compliance with the restrictions and target indicators of the electrical distribution network. Managing of the internal controller is carried out by manipulating the processed parameters.
EFFECT: increased flexibility of the system.
