FIELD: communication.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the measurement of reception quality. A user terminal is proposed, which contains: a reception section made with the possibility of receiving a given signal in one or more synchronization signal blocks, and a measurement section made with the ability to measure the first received power of the specified given signal and the second received power of the radio resource associated with one or more blocks of the specified synchronization signal. The measurement section is made with the possibility to find the quality of the cell reception based on the specified first received power and second received power. The second received power is the linear average of the signal power, including noise and interference, for the second resource.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at providing possibility of a proper measurement of the reception quality.
