FIELD: radio communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the area of radio communication in next generation mobile communication systems. The terminal is comprised of: a receiving section configured to receive information about a control resource group including a possible downlink control channel; and a control section configured to assume that the resource corresponding with the downlink control channel is an unavailable downlink data resource if said control resource group overlaps with the downlink data, wherein the downlink data is arranged by rate around the unavailable resource.
EFFECT: technical result is reduced decrease in the quality of communication, reduced decline in the efficiency of resource utilisation given flexible allocation of fields (control resource groups) for placement of downstream control information.
