SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry, to operation of wells for production of fluid, for control of production from productive horizon, as well as for investigation of wells, invention is intended for cooling of electronic units, which provide operation of telemetric equipment, which collects measurement data on parameters of medium and parameters of submersible electric motor. To elements, operation of which is based on Peltier effect, pre-installed on at least one electronics unit, transmitting electric power through the transformer zero point and the electric motor star, including the alternating voltage source and the submersible unit transformer, through the primary winding of which the signals are filtered, and through the secondary one an independent phase is created, through which the power supply of elements whose operation is based on the Peltier effect, from at least one alternating current source is provided through the rectifier. Electronics unit, on which elements are installed, operation of which is based on Peltier effect, is pre-poured with viscous-flow heat-conducting composition.

EFFECT: improving operating efficiency of cooling elements.
