According to the invention, snow and / or water is supplied from the outside to the fan inlet, depending on the temperature conditions. In this case, the snow is supplied by the personnel manually with shovels and / or a snow-thrower, and the water is supplied manually by buckets and / or fire nozzles.

EFFECT: as a result, the average volumetric temperature drops, combustion slows down or stops altogether, and combustion products are removed to the outside, which ensures the safety of personnel, facilitates the actions of fire departments and makes it possible to restore the facility as soon as possible.
