FIELD: computer technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of computer technology for multiplatform synchronization and determination of several devices belonging to one user. The technical result described below is achieved by a method for detecting related clusters of devices, in which: a) at least two pre-formed clusters of devices are obtained; b) at least one device is selected from the clusters; c) obtain at least one communication profile for each of the selected devices, while the communication profile contains the characteristics of the connection and interaction between the selected device and other devices; d) compare the obtained communication profiles of the devices with each other; e) detect coupling of the resulting clusters if, as a result of comparison according to item c), the communication profiles are recognized as similar.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at ensuring the detection of coupled clusters of devices.
