FIELD: pharmaceutical industry; dermatological industry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to production of an extract enriched with celastrol for the treatment of inflammatory dermatosis induced by immune response of TH17 type. Method for preparing a crude extract enriched with pentacyclic triterpene, which is Celastrol, involves the following steps: (i) a cell proliferation phase of a Celastraceae family plant, which is Tripterygium wilfordii, in a proliferation medium, (ii) the elicitation phase by adding the eliciting mixture to the cell culture obtained in step (i), wherein said elicit mixture contains at least one elicitor of monocarboxylic compound type, which is methyl jasmonate, and at least one biotic elicitor, wherein said biotic elicitor is chitin, and (iii) obtaining a crude extract enriched with pentacyclic triterpenes from the cell culture obtained in step (ii). Disclosed is use of enriched crude extract, obtained by the method described above, in preparing a drug for treating inflammatory dermatoses induced by an immune response of the TH17 type. Pharmaceutical composition containing enriched crude extract produced by the method described above for the treatment of inflammatory dermatoses induced by immune response of the TH17 type is produced.

EFFECT: method described above enables producing an extract enriched with Celastrol with high antimicrobial activity for treating inflammatory dermatosis induced by an immune response of the TH17 type.
