FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the measurement of physical quantities by capacitive sensors, it can be used in embedded computer systems for monitoring and control. The capacity measurement device for dielcometer moisture meters of agricultural seeds contains microcontroller 1, computer 2, RC filter 3, first resistive matrix 4 containing R1…Rn resistors, second resistive matrix 5 containing R1…Rn resistors, capacitive sensor 6, sample capacitor 7. Capacitive sensor 6 and sample capacitor 7 are connected to the common wire by the first plates. The second plate of capacitive sensor 6 is connected to the common connection point of the first outputs of the resistors of first resistive matrix 4, the second outputs of each resistor of which are connected to the corresponding outputs of the first channels of the two-channel pulse-width modulations (hereinafter – PWM) built into microcontroller 1. The second plate of sample capacitor 7 is connected to the common connection point of the first outputs of the resistors of second resistive matrix 5, the second outputs of each resistor of which are connected to the corresponding outputs of the second channels of the two-channel PWM built into microcontroller 1. The second plates of capacitive sensor 6 and sample capacitor 7 are connected, respectively, to the first and second inputs of the analog multiplexer built into microcontroller 1. The output of the analog multiplexer is connected to the inverting input of the analog comparator built into microcontroller 1. Microcontroller 1 is connected via a digital serial interface to computer 2. The output of the single-channel PWM built into microcontroller 1 is connected to the input of RC filter 3, the output of which is connected to the non-inverting input of the analog comparator.
EFFECT: increased functionality, improved accuracy of determining the dielectric properties of controlled materials, for example, the amount of moisture contained in the seeds of agricultural crops.
