SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceuticals, namely to drugs based on sorafenib tosylate and methods for their preparation. A method for preparing a tablet based on sorafenib tosylate by mixing sorafenib tosylate with mannitol and auxiliary substances is proposed, in which the powder of sorafenib tosylate is treated in the absence of water with mannitol powder at a ratio of sorafenib tosylate: lures from 1: 1 to 1: 7 (optimally 1: 2), after which sodium croscarmellose and sodium lauryl sulfate are added to the resulting mixture, mixed, sodium stearyl fumarate is added, pressed and coated. A tablet based on sorafenib tosylate contains mannitol, sodium stearyl fumarate and colloidal silicon dioxide as a filler in the following ratio of ingredients (wt%): sorafenib tosylate from 10 to 40; mannitol from 40 to 70; colloidal silicon dioxide from 1.0 to 4.0; sodium stearyl fumarate - 0.5-5; sodium croscarmellose - 9-20; sodium lauryl sulfate.
