FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of railway transport, in particular, to telescopic automatic couplers, as well as automatic couplers equipped with such a device. The telescopic device contains a housing and a pull rod. The rod can be extended and retracted into the body. A limiting stop is located on the outer side surface of the rod. A retaining ring is located inside the housing. The ring is rotatably connected to the body. A through groove is made on the inner surface of the ring through which the limiting stop of the rod can pass. The extension of the pull rod is blocked by turning the locking ring after the extension of the rod is complete.
EFFECT: design of the automatic coupler is simplified.
