SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of equipment related to knives. A knife contains a case, a blade holder, a blade, a movable button, and a fixing device. A hole for blade extension/retraction is made on the front end of the case. A chute is made on a sidewall of the case and is intended for the movement of the movable button. The blade is installed in the case by means of the blade holder. The extension and retraction of the blade in the hole for blade extension/retraction is adjusted using the movable button. The fixing device contains a fixing rod and an adjustment device. The adjustment device is used for the adjustment of the fixing rod and fixation of the blade. The fixing rod fixes the blade for the prevention of the extension/retraction or fluctuation of the blade in a gap.
EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of cutting.
