FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to oncology and medical genetics, and is intended to predict the clinical course of highly differentiated neuroendocrine pancreatic tumors. One should perform genotyping of с.2411C>А rs200615700 in the ROS1 gene, c.13588G>A rs768143170 in the KMT2D gene, c.289G>A rs372430349 in the FGFR2 gene and c.967G>A in the BCR gene. The presence of mutations in the ROS1 and KMT2D genes determines the probability of highly differentiated neuroendocrine pancreatic tumors without progression; mutations in the FGFR2 and BCR genes increase the risk of metastasis and aggressive tumor growth.
EFFECT: invention provides development of a method that makes it possible to assess in a timely manner probability of rapid progression of a pancreatic tumor, to identify a risk group of patients with a high risk of metastasis of a neuroendocrine pancreatic tumor.
