FIELD: medicine; cardiology; rehabilitation.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to assess the rehabilitation potential of a patient who underwent coronary artery stenting in the acute period of myocardial infarction. The patient's body mass index, the fact of pre-hospital thrombolysis, the detection of complications of acute myocardial infarction, the determination of the content of very low density lipoproteins in the blood serum, the atherogenic coefficient, activated partial thromboplastin time are determined. According to the results of the ECG, the type of myocardial infarction is established. According to echocardiography, the presence/absence of an aneurysm of the left ventricle is determined. According to the results of coronary angiography, the presence/absence of thrombosis of the coronary arteries and the localization of their lesions are determined, non-occlusive stenosis of the 2nd degree coronary vessels, and the number of affected coronary vessels are established. During the completion of the 1st stage of medical rehabilitation, 24-hour ECG monitoring is carried out and complications of acute myocardial infarction are detected. Using the obtained values of these indicators, the values of the functions F1, F2 and F3 are determined according to the formulas and when the value of F1 is greater than F2 and F3, the rehabilitation potential of the patient is assessed as high, when the value of F2 is greater than F1 and F3 — as medium, and when the value of F3 is greater than F1 and F2 — as low.
EFFECT: method provides an opportunity to assess the rehabilitation potential of a patient with acute myocardial infarction after stenting of an infarct-dependent coronary artery, and also allows predicting the result of medical rehabilitation at the 2nd stage and personalizing treatment complexes by evaluating the totality of the most significant indicators.
