A recombinant Ogataea haglerorum strain VKPM Y-4639 is proposed, which is an-mannanase producer and contains an optimized sequence of the gene encoding Bacillus subtilis β-mannanase EC 3.2.1.78 in the chromosome. When the strain is cultivated in flasks, about 1.0–0.2 mg / ml accumulates in the culture liquid, the activity of the β-mannanase enzyme is 12000–500 U / ml. When cultivated in a fermenter, the inventive strain secretes a protein of 4.25 g / l, and the activity of β-mannanase is 51066 units / ml for 160 hours.

EFFECT: invention provides an expansion of the arsenal of recombinant microorganisms producing β-mannanase.
