FIELD: communication.
SUBSTANCE: uplink listening method consists of the following steps: the first listening before talk (hereinafter – LBT) is performed and the first data package in the first uplink interval is transmitted after the first successful LBT; the second competition window size (hereinafter – CWS) is determined. When the first duration is greater than or equal to the first time threshold and the first indication information indicating the hybrid automatic repeat request (hereinafter – HARQ) state is not received after the first uplink interval, the second CWS is greater than the first CWS, and/or when the first duration is less than or equal to the first time threshold and the first indication information indicating the HARQ state is not received after the first uplink interval, the second CWS is equal to the first CWS, a second LBT is performed based on the second CWS, and a second data package in the second uplink interval is transmitted, when the second LBT is completed successfully.
EFFECT: possibility to avoid reducing the number of successful channel access attempts by the end device due to an excessive increase in the competition window size CWS, so that the end device can more correctly adapt to the state of the channel when performing an uplink transmission without granting permission.
