FIELD: wireless communication.
SUBSTANCE: stated technical result is achieved due to the possibility of determining a more acceptable channel detection mechanism on the basis of different detection modes by applying different detection modes. In particular, the method includes: determining a detection mode in the broadband spectrum; determining a channel detection mechanism corresponding to the broadband spectrum based on at least one sub-band from multiple sub-bands if the detection mode is a broadband detection mode; and determining a channel detection mechanism corresponding to each sub-band based on a sub-band from multiple sub-bands if the detection mode is a detection mode based on a sub-band.
EFFECT: equal channel resource occupation with other wireless communication systems in the unlicensed spectrum.
