FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. A medical device for obtaining blood plasma with high platelet content contains a body, a piston, a plug, a screw with a head and a stopper. The body is made cylindrical with a through cavity, at one end – with an outer side and an inner ring protrusion, and at the other end - with a cylindrical tip. The hole in the tip is made stepped, the first outward step of which is made in the form of a conical hole with a large base outside the body, and a smaller base adjacent to the second step in the form of a cylindrical hole with a diameter smaller than the diameter of the smaller base. The cylindrical hole communicates with the body cavity. The said conical hole is intended for mating with the counter conical tip of the syringe. The stopper is made in the form of a bushing with an outer flange, behind which there is an outer annular recess, and an axial threaded hole. The stopper is fixed in the body in such a way that it closes the body, and at the same time the sleeve flange contacts the side of the body, and in the annular recess there is an annular protrusion of the body. The piston is made in the form of a rubber cuff, worn on a polymer rod. The screw has a threaded connection to the stopper with the possibility of axial movement, contacts the piston and is designed for axial movement of the piston. The plug is made in the form of a sleeve, the inner hole of which has a transverse size corresponding to the outer size of the cylindrical tip. The bottom of the sleeve is made with a conical protrusion, the size of which corresponds to the size of the conical hole of the tip.
EFFECT: invention provides for possibility of the patient's venous blood centrifugation in order to separate the blood into fractions and obtain platelet-rich blood plasma, when direct connection of the body tip with the response device is possible.
