FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used to produce plasma enriched with growth factors. Vacuum test tube consists of a cylindrical housing with an inlet hole with a locking cover, which body is made of borosilicate glass, characterized by that the housing is made of borosilicate glass with inclusion of a pigment which blocks ultraviolet radiation. Vacuum with intensity is created in the test tube, which allows independent filling of the test tube with patient’s blood in volume of 9 ml. Test tube has volume of 10 ml. Inner wall of the test tube is coated with Enoxaparin in dosage 150–220 IU. Test tube contains a thixotropic separation gel.

EFFECT: test tube enables to obtain plasma enriched with platelet growth factors, due to the use of an anticoagulant which does not affect the platelet activation process, and a sparing centrifugation mode, in which from thrombocytes growth factors are released in high concentration, but in physiological proportion.
