FIELD: medical devices.
SUBSTANCE: device for separating a native blood sample includes a cylindrical prefabricated body, consisting of three parts connected to each other with inlets, a locking lid and devices for creating a vacuum. The prefabricated case contains two identical transparent cylindrical cases made of medical plastic with a diameter of 20.0 mm and a length of 48.0 mm, with a graduated scale applied along the wall, and an adapter connected to the cases with a screw connection and made in the form of a transparent cylinder made of medical plastic with a diameter of 10.0 mm and the length of the cylindrical part is 19.0 mm with a graduated scale applied along the wall. The device for creating a vacuum is made in the form of a piston and a rod connected to each other and is installed inside each housing. One end of each body is equipped with a piston stroke limiter made in the form of an annular protrusion with an inner diameter not exceeding the outer diameter of the piston, and a removable stop-handle connected to the body by a latch, and the other end of each body is made with a screw connection, the removable stop-handle is made with a through hole in the middle part to accommodate a hollow stem made of medical plastic with a diameter of 16.0 mm and equipped with a handle with a through hole in the middle part. One end of the rod has a stepped surface to limit axial movement, and is connected to the piston by a screw connection located inside the piston. The piston acts as a locking cap, made of medical rubber and is equipped in the middle part with an insert made of medical plastic with a through hole.
EFFECT: expanding the functionality by obtaining platelet-rich autologous plasma, normal plasma and platelet-poor plasma, as well as increasing reliability, tightness and simplification of use.
