SUBSTANCE: device for collecting and separating blood or bone marrow includes a flask for placement in a centrifuge, made of a transparent chemically inert polymer and consisting of three connected parts: an upper part, a lower cylindrical part and an hourglass-shaped isthmus connecting them. There is a cover with two through holes in the upper part. The lower part has a base connected tightly with a threaded connection to the flask. At the junction of the upper part of the flask into the isthmus, stiffening ribs are made. There are information marks on the surface of the flask. The lid in the upper part is hermetically fastened to the upper part of the flask with the possibility of removal and installation and is equipped on the inside with a ring concentrically located and rigidly fixed along the end surface, inside of which symmetrically fixed ribs are located along the width of the ring, installed flush with the free end surface of the ring, on which there is a mesh held in a cover mounted on a ring with the possibility of removing and installing a support washer with slots. In one of the through holes located in the center of the cover on its outer surface, a fitting is installed for connecting to a trocar for collecting blood or bone marrow. In another through hole with an outlet into the cavity between the inner surface of the cover and the ring concentrically located inside it, a fitting for connecting a vacuum source is installed.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of collecting and separating bone marrow with minimal contact of the resulting bone marrow with the environment.
