The hydroelectric power plant contains a container with water 1, pipelines 2 and 6 of low and high pressure, respectively, pumps for pumping water, a hydraulic turbine 8 connected to an electric generator 9, batteries, solar batteries 11. The hydroelectric power station is equipped with a high pressure water storage 7, an electric pulse generator 5, an electric distribution device 10. Pumps for pumping water are made in the form of pumps 3 and 4 of low and high pressure, respectively. A certain sequence of connection of the elements of the hydroelectric power station has been applied.

EFFECT: obtaining electricity in places where there are no stationary power supply sources.
