SUBSTANCE: method includes the following: determining by the terminal apparatus at least one time-domain resource unit occupied for transmitting a Sounding Reference Signal (SRS) on an SRS resource; determining by the terminal apparatus a resource usage pattern used for transmitting the SRS on at least one time-domain resource unit; transmitting by the terminal apparatus the SRS on at least one time-domain resource unit according to the determined resource usage pattern; wherein at least one time-domain resource unit is a plurality of OFDM symbols in a time domain, wherein the terminal apparatus selects a resource usage pattern from the following: executing a resource jump on frequency-domain resources on at least one time-domain resource unit; or transmitting and receiving the same beam and the same frequency-domain resource on at least one time-domain resource unit.
EFFECT: improved communication capacity due to the terminal device being capable to flexibly select a resource usage pattern used for transmitting the SRS on a time-domain resource unit so that the function of the unit of time-domain resource can be performed if necessary, and therefore justified transmission of SRS to improve communication capacity can be performed.
