FIELD: road safety.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of provision of traffic safety. A system contains mobile devices of traffic participants with transceivers of GSM communication and GPS/GLONASS, a data processing unit containing an application server and GSM communication server connected to each other, additionally contains a server of special vehicle authentication, performing a function of control of access of a special vehicle driver to the use of a mode for accelerated movement display with automatic broadcasting of the current geolocation of the special vehicle to mobile applications with navigation. The server for special vehicle authentication is connected to the server of applications with navigation and to GSM communication server, mobile devices of traffic participants contain an installed navigation application providing the notification of a traffic participant in case of a special vehicle approaching to him/her, and an onboard unit of the special vehicle is made with the possibility of notification of a driver about approach to places, where a cluster of other traffic participants with low movement speed is concentrated, as well as with the possibility of notification of the special vehicle driver about approach of other traffic participants moving in opposite/side direction.
EFFECT: increase in the safety of special vehicle movement in conditions of dense urban development is achieved.
