The system contains mobile devices of road users with GSM-communication and GPS/GLONASS transceivers to determine their geolocation; the data processing unit containing the application server and the GSM communication server connected to each other, additionally contains the server for calculating the opposite speeds, which performs the function of automatically broadcasting the current geolocation of the approaching oncoming transport with the calculated oncoming speed for it to the mobile application with navigation. At the same time, the mobile application server is connected to the server for calculating opposite speeds; devices for determining current speeds installed on sections of roads with limited visibility, connected to the server for calculating oncoming speeds and transmitting data on vehicle speeds in real time to calculate oncoming speeds; mobile devices of road users contain an installed navigation application that provides notification of approaching road sections with limited visibility, of the approach of other vehicles, indicating the calculated oncoming speed by displaying the current traffic situation on the device screen.
