SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a medical device, preferably a device for use in a medical endoscope, designed to move a medical instrument, preferably an instrument for capturing concretions, in the longitudinal direction of the device and the transverse direction of rotation around the corresponding longitudinal direction by means of an actuator. A medical device is characterized by the fact that the medical instrument contains at least one first magnetic element or is connected to it. The actuator contains at least one second magnetic element or is connected to it. At least one second magnetic element is placed in the rotary valve of the actuator, which, together with at least one second magnetic element, is made to move around at least one first magnetic element in the longitudinal direction of the device and in the transverse to it direction of rotation. The actuator, together with at least one second magnetic element, is either mechanically coupled and allows at least one first magnetic element to be moved by magnetic coupling only in the specified direction of rotation, or, in the absence of mechanical coupling, allows at least one first magnetic element to be moved by magnetic coupling both in the specified longitudinal direction of the device and in the corresponding direction of rotation.

EFFECT: possibility of easily moving a medical instrument with the help of an actuator with one hand both in the longitudinal direction of the device and in the transverse direction of rotation around the longitudinal direction.
