FIELD: various technological processes; construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of producing composite plates for the construction of road surfaces. In fabrication of composite plate there is used process package with block of middle layer placed on forming surface of working tooling matrix. Block of the middle layer from LVL-beams is formed from tiered and parallel plates with arrangement of plywood sheets between them, contacting with internal surfaces of plates and connected with their LVL-beams. Beams during formation of plates of lower and upper tier are shifted relative to each other in longitudinal and transverse directions with formation of cantilever projections on the plate of each tier on the side of their adjacent sides, which on the plate of the next tier are opposite relative to projections of the plate of the previous tier. In the composition of the lower and upper reinforcing layers of the process package, sandwich mats are used in contact with the end surfaces of the plates, on one of which, when the upper layer of glass materials is formed, roving fabric of glass fibre is laid. Other sandwich mat is laid on the roving fabric when it is placed on the layer of the lower sandwich mat, the density "p1" of which exceeds the density "p" of the sandwich mats of the above layers. Sandwich mat with density "p1" is integrated into liquid polyurethane compound during formation of lower reinforcing layer. Compound is applied on the forming surface of the matrix with grooves-corrugations made on it to form a wear-resistant coating with projections-corrugations on the end working surface of the obtained composite plate after curing of the polymer binder.
EFFECT: high operational reliability of plates during their operation as part of collapsible road surfaces.
