FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas chromatographic methods for the analysis of low-volatile oil-soluble substances in oil and oil products and can be used in the oil, gas, petrochemical industry and ecology. In the method for analyzing impurities of low-volatile oil-soluble substances in oil and petroleum products, low-volatility substances are extracted from oil with an aqueous-alcohol mixture in a ratio of 3:1 using bubbling mixing, while before chromatography of low-volatile oil-soluble substances, the water-alcohol phase of a fixed volume is evaporated at a temperature of 90°C in for two hours.
EFFECT: increasing the sensitivity of determining impurities of low-volatile oil-soluble substances in oil and oil products.
