FIELD: medicine; pediatrics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to pediatrics, and can be used to determine the individual risks of developing primary arterial hypertension among adolescent children requiring primary prevention. A “cuff” test is performed using laser Doppler sonography of the skin in the area of thenar and the percentage of perfusion changes after the “cuff” test is determined according to the original calculation formula (ΔR). Adolescent children with a percentage of perfusion changes after the “cuff” test of -8.5% or less are considered to be in a high-risk group for the development of primary arterial hypertension, which requires primary prevention.
EFFECT: method allows determining the personalized risk of primary arterial hypertension among adolescent children with normal values of blood pressure and body mass index.
