SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pheospheride derivatives of general Formula I, wherein R = NR1R2, wherein R1, R2 are either the same or independently selected from the group: hydrogen, AlK, wherein AlK is a methyl, ethyl, butyl, in which one hydrogen atom can be optionally replaced by a radical selected from the group: hydroxy, phenyl, vinyl, or R = О-R2, wherein R2 is AlK, wherein AlK is ethyl, propyl, in which one hydrogen atom can be optionally replaced by a radical selected from the group: morpholino, piperidino, pyrrolidino, or R = S-R2, wherein R2 is AlK, wherein AlK is ethyl, in which one hydrogen atom can be optionally replaced by a radical selected from hydroxy, or R is a cyclic saturated amine selected from the group: hydroxypiperidine, as well as piperidine, pyrrolidine, hydroxypiperidine, in the structure of which at least one of the hydrogen atoms is replaced by pyrrolidine. The invention also relates to a method for obtaining derivatives of Formula I.

EFFECT: new compounds have been obtained that can be used in medicine as antitumor agents.
