METHOD FOR PRODUCING SPINNING SOLUTION BASED ON LINSEED CELLULOSE FOR FORMING HYDRATE CELLULOSE FIBERS Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC D01B1/00

Abstract RU 2748551 C1

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical technology, in particular to processes for producing spinning solutions based on cellulose for obtaining hydrated cellulose fibers HCF on their basis, and can be used in obtaining linen and composite fibers for textile and technical purposes, as well as in obtaining carbon fibers from them.

A method of obtaining a spinning solution for forming hydrated cellulose fibers includes dissolving flax powder cellulose in N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide containing water, solid-phase processing of the resulting mixture under shear stress and pressure until complete homogenization to obtain a solid pre-solution, transferring the solid solution to a fluid state by heating at 110-125°C and spinning fibers at a speed of up to 70 m / min using a forming device Flax cellulose with a degree of polymerization equal to 800, an alpha-cellulose content of 92 wt.% and a particle size of 201-250 microns is used. N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide is characterized by a water content of 8-10 wt% and a melting point Tm. 110-125°C. The initial mixture of linseed cellulose with NMMO may additionally contain an organosilicon additive - triethoxyorganosilane in an amount of 5-10 wt% with respect to the initial mixture.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain homogeneous spinning solutions in NMMO from available flax cellulose, and to ensure stable spinning of flax hydrated cellulose fibers while increasing the strength of the obtained fibers and maintaining high deformation properties.
