FIELD: chemical technology.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to chemical technology, in particular to the process of processing cellulose by the method for direct dissolution of cellulose in N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide (MMO). An extrusion method for producing a spinning solution of cellulose in N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide (MMO) for the manufacture of molded products includes solid-phase activation in one twin-screw extruder, heating to transfer to a gel-like state and subsequent extrusion to obtain a homogeneous spinning solution. The extruder includes three functional zones, with temperature and mechanical conditions characteristic of each of them: solid-phase activation is carried out at a temperature of 10-15°C, the transition to a gel-like state of the solid activated mixture of components is carried out at a temperature of 70-80°C, obtaining a homogeneous spinning solution, suitable for molding is carried out at a temperature of 85-90°C, at a screw rotation speed of 60-120 rpm, and as a MMO containing water, a commercial product is used - MMO monohydrate with a content of 13.3 wt.% water.

EFFECT: increasing the intensity and manufacturability of the process.
