FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a meth od for producing an aluminosilicate sorbent for purifying natural and waste waters from ions of Pb(II), Cd(II), Mn(II), Zn(II), Cu(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Fe(III) and Cr(III), and as the initial aluminosilicate material, a broken ceramic brick is used, and heat treatment consists in heating the sorbent to a temperature of 250°C for 45 minutes and holding at this temperature for 45 minutes, with the following production technology sorbent: brick breakage is crushed with the selection of a fraction with a particle size of 1-2 mm, which is then dried to constant weight at a temperature of at least 100°C; for the specified fraction of brick scraps, heat treatment is carried out, then the fraction of brick scraps is treated with a solution of hydrochloric acid with a concentration of 0.5 mol/l at a ratio of 1 g of sorbent per 30 ml of solution for 1.5 hours at a temperature of 30°C, it is again heat-treated, after of this, the fraction of brick scraps is treated with a sodium hydroxide solution with a concentration of 0.5 mol/l at a ratio of 1 g of sorbent per 40 ml of solution at a temperature of 30°C, and upon completion it is heat-treated.
EFFECT: invention improves the method for producing an aluminosilicate sorbent.
