SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the the field of organic chemistry, namely to a heterocyclic compound of Formula I, wherein each of R1, R2, R4 and R5 is independently selected from H and halogen; R3 is C1-8 alkyl, halogen or -OR17; with the substituent of the specified alkyl being selected from one or more R20; R6 is Н; R7 is Н or unsubstituted C1-8 alkyl; R8 is selected from H, OR9, NR10R11; R9 is Н or unsubstituted C1-8 alkyl; R10 independently represents Н or unsubstituted C1-8 alkyl; R11 independently represents Н or unsubstituted C1-8 alkyl; R17 is Н, unsubstituted С1-8 alkyl; each R18 independently represents Н, unsubstituted С1-8 alkyl; each R19 is Н; each R20 is independently selected from halogen; m is 0 or 1; n is 0, 1, 2; or a pharmacologically acceptable salt of any of the above compounds; provided that (a) when m is 1, then n is not 0; (b) when m is 1, then R8 is OR9 or NR10R11; (c) when m is 0 and n is 0, then R8 is H; and (d) when m is 0, and n is not 0, then R8 is not H. The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition based on a compound of Formula I and the use of a compound according to Claim 1 for treatment of an inflammatory disease or inflammatory pathological condition in a subject where the inflammatory disease or inflammatory pathological condition is selected from dry eyes and postoperative inflammation.

EFFECT: new heterocyclic compounds have been obtained that modulate the N-formyl peptide receptor 2 (FPR2).
