SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the the field of organic chemistry, namely to a heterocyclic compound of Formula I, wherein each of R¹, R², R⁴ and R⁵ is independently selected from H and halogen; R³ is C_1-8 alkyl, halogen or -OR¹⁷; with the substituent of the specified alkyl being selected from one or more R²⁰; R⁶ is Н; R⁷ is Н or unsubstituted C_1-8 alkyl; R⁸ is selected from H, OR⁹, NR¹⁰R¹¹; R⁹ is Н or unsubstituted C_1-8 alkyl; R¹⁰ independently represents Н or unsubstituted C_1-8 alkyl; R¹¹ independently represents Н or unsubstituted C_1-8 alkyl; R¹⁷ is Н, unsubstituted С_1-8 alkyl; each R¹⁸ independently represents Н, unsubstituted С_1-8 alkyl; each R¹⁹ is Н; each R²⁰ is independently selected from halogen; m is 0 or 1; n is 0, 1, 2; or a pharmacologically acceptable salt of any of the above compounds; provided that (a) when m is 1, then n is not 0; (b) when m is 1, then R⁸ is OR⁹ or NR¹⁰R¹¹; (c) when m is 0 and n is 0, then R⁸ is H; and (d) when m is 0, and n is not 0, then R⁸ is not H.
