SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a nozzle with a three-dimensional structure allowing homogeneous contact between the gas phase and the dispersed solid phase moving in a counter-current flow. The nozzle consists of a set of rows of chevrons, with the rows of chevrons, essentially parallel, distributed in two planes forming an angle alpha ranging from 20° to 70° relative to the horizontal, and each row of chevrons is characterized by an angle beta, which defines the border of the chevron, while this angle ranges from 60° to 120°. The width of the chevron is from 3 to 40 cm, two adjacent rows of chevrons in the same plane are separated by a space approximately equal to the width of one row of chevrons, the rows of chevrons belonging to the second plane are exactly in the intervals remaining free between the rows of chevrons of the first plane, with the formation of a staggered structure, and the specified nozzle is placed between two wire mesh, to which the edges of the rows of chevrons are welded, with the formation of the nozzle block.

EFFECT: invention also relates to a catalytic cracking method using the nozzle and a method for making the nozzle.
