FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry and can be used for the development of deposits of solid minerals, composed of dense and semi-rocky rocks. A method of developing solid mineral deposits, including the development of a bench with a boom harvester with a milling working body, separation of fine fractions on a receiving and sorting unit, temporary accumulation of large fractions in a hopper for non-stop mining of ore mass when replacing dump trucks under the discharge conveyor. An increase in the intensity of excavation in the process of working out the bench is provided by increasing the width of the grip by equipping the milling working body with additional cutting segments and installing guide elements with raking arms on both sides of the storage body for feeding the broken ore mass to the receiving and sorting unit and subsequent selective separation of the ore mass. Additional cutting segments are connected to the rotary frame and are equipped with individual rotation drives, and the articulated mountings of the rotary frame of the milling working body are installed in the upper part of the shaking paw axes. In the process of working off the ledge, the automatic control system synchronizes the movement of the boom harvester relative to the face, depending on the position of the milling working body along the face height. The feeding of coarse fractions into the bunker is carried out by means of a scraper conveyor, and the feeding of small fractions is carried out into a container, which is periodically replaced by a container ship.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in productivity, technological efficiency, reliability and a decrease in the environmental load on the environment in the mining area.
