FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry and can be used for open mining of deposits of any capacity. Method includes treatment of mineral formation with layer-band method, delivery of mined rock from working unit driven by actuator to classification unit, classification of rock mass with separation into fractions by shaking on sizing grid with the help of vibrator and scraper conveyor, supply of coarse fraction to unloading conveyor for transportation vehicle shipment. Small and fine fractions are separated in two-fraction storage system with the help of suction vacuum device with flow rate decreasing through differential outlet diameter of supply pipeline and inlet section receiving hopper expansion area for small fraction. Process is controlled by automatic control system. Isolated fraction are fed to enrichment complex for production of valuable components.
EFFECT: technical result of proposed method consists in efficiency improvement, process efficiency and environmental safety together with producing of refined fractions of rock mass by continuous mining-classification process without water use.
