FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: method uses an automatic control system to differentiate the rocks of the complex structure deposit with the release of interlayers of gangue that is transported by the scraper conveyor along the classification grid, the slots of which are overlapped by rotary flaps mounted articulously under the classification grid by means of hydraulic cylinders and rods. At the same time, the empty rock falls on the unloading conveyor and then into the dump truck for transportation to the dump. Differentiated by means of an automatic control system, the volumes of fine and fine fractions of the mineral come into the compartments corresponding to their volume of the vehicle body.
EFFECT: increase of productivity, technological efficiency and ecological safety with obtaining of conditioning fractions of rock mass through a continuous excavation-classification process in the development of a complex structure deposit.
