SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the treatment of diseases susceptible to treatment with calcium carbonate. The composition for the treatment of a disease or condition susceptible to treatment with calcium carbonate contains amorphous calcium carbonate (ACC) as the active agent, stabilized with at least one stabilizer, with ACC being in the form of particles, and the composition being intended for the mode of administration selected from the group consisting of inhalation, transbuccal, sublingual administration and administration to the gum, with the specified stabilizer being a polyphosphate or bisphosphonate, and the molar ratio of the P atoms in the stabilizer to the Ca atoms in the ACC being from 1:90 to 1:1. Also disclosed is another variant composition for the treatment of a disease or condition susceptible to treatment with calcium carbonate, a container, an inhaler, a method for treating a disease or condition susceptible to treatment with calcium carbonate in a subject in need thereof.
