SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for synthesis of dimethylaminoalkyl(meth)acrylates from alkyl(meth)acrylate and dimethylaminoalkanol. It also relates to an application of a catalytic system containing a solution of lithium alkoxide in alcohol during synthesis of dimethylaminoalkyl(meth)acrylate. The method for synthesis of dimethylaminoalkyl(meth)acrylate is executed by a reaction of a mixture containing (a) alkyl(meth)acrylate, (b) dimethylaminoalkanol, (c) a catalytic system containing a solution of lithium alkoxide in alcohol and one or more inhibitors selected from hydroquinone monomethyl ether and 2,4-dimethyl-6-tert-butylphenol, wherein the catalytic system does not comprise alkaline earth metal compounds.
EFFECT: implementation of the method according to the present invention can result in relatively high temperatures and therefore shorter reaction time values.
