FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of railway transport, it is intended for control of the change in the pressure of compressed air in the brake cylinders of freight rolling stock cars. The braking equipment of a railway vehicle contains a pneumatic air distributor connected to the brake line and a spare tank, an electropneumatic part, including electromagnetic braking and release valves and a pressure regulator. The pneumatic air distributor and the electropneumatic part are connected via a switch valve to at least one brake cylinder. The pneumatic air distributor is connected by a pneumatic line to the control cavity of the pressure regulator of the electropneumatic part, and a locking valve and a switching valve are installed on the pneumatic connection line of the pneumatic air distributor and the control cavity of the pressure regulator.
EFFECT: expansion of the functional capabilities of the braking equipment of a railway vehicle, which implements an accelerated rate of filling the brake cylinders with compressed air with a cargo pneumatic air distributor while maintaining the normal mode of its operation.
