FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: 5 ml of chicken egg protein is added to 10 ml of 5% three-substituted 12 hydrous sodium phosphate (Na3PO4×12H2O) and is boiled in water bath for 10 minutes. Before freezing and lyophilisation diagnosticums are centrifuged and the precipitate is resuspended in equal volume of protein solution in a dilution of 1:1000 with 0.001% sodium azide.
EFFECT: simplification, speeding up production of reaction with material and labor cost reduction, increase of products shelf life with maintenance of their specific activity.
