SUBSTANCE: invention relates to underwater shipbuilding, namely to underwater vehicles. An underwater vehicle with a stabilization system above an underwater object includes a solid body with equipment, propulsion and steering system and a means for stabilizing the depth of diving, including a flexible element connected to a drum with a rotation drive, and an anchor. A flexible element is passed through a block mounted at the end of a rod, which is rotatably fixed to the body of the underwater vehicle. The boom is equipped with a horizontal reversal drive.

EFFECT: long-term and accurate stabilization of the immersion depth of the underwater vehicle without a stroke directly above the underwater object is achieved.
