SUBSTANCE: initial cystectomy is performed followed by a bilateral ureterectomy. After that, an intestinal transplant is formed from the ileum and divided into two segments, one of which, which is 1/3 of the proximal end, is positioned isoperistaltically to replace the right ureter. The remaining segment of the intestinal transplant replaces the left ureter and bladder.

EFFECT: method allows one to restore the passage of urine, preserve kidney function, save the patient from lifelong care for nephrostomy drains, which are the cause of infection leading to nephrosclerosis, kidney failure, sepsis; it also allows one to avoid monthly hospitalization of the patient in a urological hospital for changing nephrostomy drains and ensure the number of urinations no more than 10 times a day after surgical treatment.
