FIELD: medicine; urology; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: cicatricial ureter is resected. To form a transplant of a segment of the small intestine, at distance of 20–25 cm from the ileocecal angle, a portion of the ileum on the mesentery is resected, wherein at the distal end of intestinal graft 1.5–2 cm of the intestine is cut off from the mesentery. An ileocystoanastomosis is formed with immersion of the free end of the graft into the bladder cavity.
EFFECT: method provides reducing the risk of complications in the postoperative period by creating an antireflux mechanism in the bladder by forming an ileo valve, which provides complete closure of the intravesical portion of the intestinal transplant and the prevention of vesicouterine reflux.
