FIELD: purification plants.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plants for purification of sulfur-alkaline effluents generated during alkaline purification of products of oil production, oil refinery and other industries. The plant includes a device with submersible burner and desorption section, an oxidizing pillar, a recuperative heat exchanger, a heater, a refrigerator and an absorption pillar. Sulfur-alkaline effluents are fed into the desorption section, where hydrogen sulfide and light organic compounds are blown off with a part of flue gas obtained in the burner. Sulfur dioxide is fed into the air supply line or directly into the burner, into which the fuel is also fed. Carbonized effluents are removed from the bottom of the device with submersible burner, heated to a temperature of catalytic oxidation in the heat exchanger and heater and directed with oxygen-containing gas to the bottom of the oxidizing pillar, inside of which the oxidation of sulfur compounds is performed in the presence of catalyst with obtaining non-toxic salts. Oxidized effluents are cooled and directed to the upper part of the absorption pillar, where they are subjected to secondary carbonization by contact with flue gas containing carbon dioxide fed into the bottom of the pillar, from which the purified effluents and waste gas are removed.
EFFECT: technical result is reagent-free and waste-free purification of sulfur-alkaline effluents.
