FIELD: treatment facilities.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to installations for the reagent-free disposal of sulfur-alkaline effluents. The installation includes a heat exchanger and a steam-stripping column with lines for effluent infeed and sulfur dioxide outfeed. The first carbonation column is installed as a stripping column. The unit is equipped with a submersible burner, equipped with effluent infeed and effluent supply lines, on which the first heat exchanger is installed, flue gas outfeed lines, fuel infeed lines, and an exhaust air supply line connected to the sulfur dioxide outfeed line from the first carbonation column, which is equipped with an effluent supply line and is connected to a carbonated effluent supply line, on which a second heat exchanger is located, to the bottom of the oxidation reactor with a heterogeneous catalyst, and also connected to a flue gas outfeed line. The lower part of the reactor is equipped with an air supply line, and the upper part with an oxidation products outfeed line, on which a second heat exchanger and a separation device are located, equipped with an exhaust air supply line and connected by an oxidized effluent infeed line to the second carbonization column, connected to the flue gas outfeed line by supply line of its part equipped with a refrigerator and equipped with lines for off-gas and treated effluent outfeed.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reagent-free and waste-free treatment of sulfur-alkaline effluents.
