SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, specifically to a method for determining the immunotherapeutic activity of a composition of activated dendritic cells (DC), and can be used in medicine.
EFFECT: proposed method, including determination of relative amounts of IL-6, IL-8, IL-12 and TNFα and comparing them with threshold values, can be used to increase the immunotherapeutic activity of the population of activated dendritic cells and determine the effectiveness of immunotherapy of the patient.
